Backgammon is the original game in recorded history. It has been called as the "little war," backgammon started in Mesopotamia (now called Iraq) over 5 millennia ago. For all that, Egyptians referred to backgammon as "Senat," which is a close form of the current game played right now. Hundreds of years ago, only people in power, the prevailing figures of royalty like Egyptian queens, were able to play. The game started to expand worldwide since then. Many different Backgammon types were created in numerous regions and societies, but the fundamental regulations of those versions appear that of the antiquated form . For instance, Greece grabbed a hold of the game and coined the title "bac gamen." From there, the Anglo’s borrowed backgammon in the seventeenth century and have continued to play it ever since. Backgammon and competing ancient games were not ever welcomed by a good many clergy. The clergy believe that the game was the work of Satan. This led clergy to banish and burn the game. The blacklisting and burning had never stop folks enjoying games and having fun.
